Thank you for attending the CAP 3 Workshops for Alabama Stakeholders as part of the State’s Geospatial Strategic Planning process. They were very successful because of your valuable input and insight into new areas that would not have been explored without you. As part of this process there has been overwhelming support for workshops of this type to continue and the Committee will work to make this a reality.  You can find additional information at our site at advisory.gis.alabama.gov under the Members Portal tab.

Over 200 participants from areas surrounding all five regions participated in the workshops.  Your participation and input has made our first regional outreach a remarkable success!  As you can see from our stats below, we had tremendous success at bringing together a diverse audience with great representation from the county and local sectors.
